When you use this website to submit orders, you agree to the following:

- To not place any fictitious or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe an order of this nature has been placed, we are authorized to cancel it and notify the appropriate authorities.

- You will not be able to place an order if you do not supply us with all of the necessary information.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT:
All orders are subject to product availability. In this vein, if there are problems with product supply or there are no more items in stock, we have the right to provide you with information about similar comparable products. We will refund any money you have paid if you do not want to order the substitute products.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:
Although we will make every effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that cause us to refuse to process an order after the Order Confirmation has been delivered. At any time, we reserve the right to do so. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website, as well as any material or information on it, at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party if we remove or modify any goods, material, or content from our website, or if we do not process an order once the Order Confirmation has been sent.
DELIVERY:
In addition to Clause (3) above regarding product availability and extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to ship the order containing Product(s) by the delivery date specified in the Delivery confirmation, or, if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within 30 days of the Order confirmation date.
Nonetheless, there may be delays due to factors such as unanticipated situations or the delivery zone.
For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” or “delivery” means that you or a third person you specify obtains physical possession of the goods, as demonstrated by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address you specify.
PRICE & PAYMENT:
While we make every attempt to guarantee that the prices displayed on the website are accurate, mistakes do happen. If we uncover an error in the pricing of any of the products you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know right away and give you the choice of confirming or cancelling your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be declared cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
If the error in the pricing is evident and unambiguous, and you could have reasonably recognized it as an incorrect price, we are not obligated to deliver you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have provided the Shipping Confirmation).
Prices on the website do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST), taxes, cess, or delivery fees.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
INVOICE:
When the products are delivered, you will receive an invoice along with them.
TAXES:
All purchases made through the website are subject to all relevant taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, cess, and other fees, as determined by the current rules and regulations.
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION:
An order that has been cancelled cannot be reversed. The consumer will need to place a new order.
It is not possible to cancel an order once it is in the processing stage.
If you need to make adjustments to your order before it is shipped, please call us at the number above and we will see what we can do.
Once the order has been dispatched, no changes may be made.
REFUND:
After your order is returned and passes the quality check, a refund will be issued in your Travancore wallet within 7 working days.
If goods are returned, gift-wrapping fees will not be repaid.
If proof of fraud, refund misuse, or other manipulative behavior is discovered, Travancore reserves the right to decline a refund request.
